ДТП произошло 20 февраля в 18:08 в районе дома 58 по улице Дружбы.
По предварительным данным, 50-летний водитель, управляя автомобилем «Toyota Succeed», двигаясь в южном направлении, при проезде нерегулируемого пешеходного перехода, совершил наезд на несовершеннолетнюю, перебегавшую проезжую часть дороги по нерегулируемому пешеходному переходу.
❗️На кадрах Госавтоинспекции видно, что ребенок поскользнулся и упал прямо перед автомобилем, но водитель даже не затормозил.
В результате ДТП 9-летняя девочка получила телесные повреждения.

One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. "He has to start being more proactive and to find a real solution to this situation, not stay in standby without interfering. It's a very irresponsible position from the owner of Telegram," she said. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted.
