Приготовление:
▪️Кабачок очистила, натерла на мелкой тёрке. Подождать 15 минут и хорошо хорошо отжать. ▪️Добавить яйцо, манку и морковь (натереть на мелкой тёрке). Перемешать и оставить минут на 20. ▪️Разложить по формочкам. У меня силиконовые. ▪️В разогретую до 180 градусов духовку отправить кексы и выпекать 30 минут.
* Не пугайтесь, они получаются немного влажные, за счёт сока кабачка.
