Mitten in der Dresdner City haben am Sonntag #Fans des Drittliga-Fußballvereins Dynamo Dresden einen Wahlkampfstand des Jugendverbandes der #Linksjugend auf dem Wiener Platz bedroht. Laut Polizei waren die Dynamo-Fans von einem Heimspiel (2:3 gegen Viktoria Köln) gekommen.
Die acht jungen Männer im Alter von 15 bis 19 Jahren, alle deutsche Staatsbürger, seien gezielt auf den Infostand zugegangen und haben die fünf Betreiber des Standes bedroht und beleidigt. Einer der Fans habe gedroht, den Stand anzuzünden. Die Frau sowie die vier Männer im Alter von 16 bis 25 Jahren blieben unverletzt. Ein Tisch des Standes wurde beschädigt.

Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare.
