В 2023 году гражданин РФ собирал информацию о военных объектах в Крыму, и передавал её представителям спецслужб Украины.
В августе прошлого года Судебной коллегией по уголовным делам Верховного Суда РК по ст. 275 УК РФ «Государственная измена» мужчина приговорен к лишению свободы сроком на 13 лет и 2 месяца, с отбыванием наказания в исправительной колонии строгого режима, с ограничением свободы на срок год и 8 месяцев и штрафом в размере 350 тысяч рублей.
Приговор оставлен без изменений и вступил в законную силу.
