Чудесный подарок! Историк искусства Амина Батанова, чей канал о скандинавском и прочем северном искусстве @scandinavianart я весьма рекомендую, подарила мне новейшее издание классического перевода великого эпоса "Эдда".

Обратите внимание — 1-я часть этого перевода, Песни о богах, напечатанные в 1917 году, известны всем любителям жанра. А вот 2-я часть, Песни о героях, до революции не успели напечатать, и рукопись считалась утерянной до 1990-х годов. И вот впервые в идеальном виде, с комментариями и проч. они напечатаны в едином томе.

Очень приятно читается (и гадается по этому тексту тоже очень удачно!)

The account, "War on Fakes," was created on February 24, the same day Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a "special military operation" and troops began invading Ukraine. The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
