Местные СМИ сообщают, что АО «Саратовский полиграфический комбинат» все-таки нашел своего нового владельца. 1,1 млн именных акций банкротившегося полиграфа приобрел ныне проживающий в Москве выходец из Пензы Артем Михайлян, занимающийся торговлей недвижимостью.
При первоначальной цене в 329 млн рублей акции достались покупателю по минимальной цене — за 164,5 млн рублей.
Сохранит ли Саратовский полиграфкомбинат свой профиль или на его месте появится очередной торговый центр – не известно.
Напомним, в последний раз акции полиграфкомбината безуспешно пытались продать на аукционе летом этого года. Ситуацию осложняло то, что на предприятии введена процедура внешнего управления.
