Как пояснил губернатор Саратовской области Роман Бусаргин, «Согласно указу Президента, Саратовская область вошла в число регионов, где вводится базовый уровень готовности. Подчеркну, что никаких ограничений, в том числе на передвижение, нет. Основания для их введения на данный момент также отсутствуют.
Усилим охрану общественного порядка и меры безопасности на важных объектах жизнеобеспечения и инфраструктуры».
