Губернатор Глеб Никитин заявил, что воспитание детей — это ответственная работа, и за профессию "родитель" будут платить. По его словам, в регионе вводятся региональные доплаты к федеральному материнскому капиталу.
"За первого ребенка это будет 1 миллион рублей с учетом федерального материнского капитала и возможностей получать выплаты в течение 3 лет ежемесячно в размере 10 тысяч рублей. За второго ребенка – 500 тысяч рублей можно будет получить разово и по 20 тысяч получать ежемесячно (в течение трех лет как "зарплату" родителей), за третьего ребенка и далее – можно будет получить по 30 тысяч рублей в месяц. При этом за 3-го ребенка 700 тысяч можно будет потратить разово, а с четвертого ребенка – весь 1 миллион можно будет потратить разово на соответствующие цели, как и федеральный маткапитал", - цитируют СМИ Никитина.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. False news often spreads via public groups, or chats, with potentially fatal effects. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
