Житель Унцукульского района республики, будучи лишенным родительских прав, обратился в Пенсионный фонд заявлениями о назначении ежемесячных пособий по уходу за ребенком.
Заявления рассмотрели и удовлетворили.
В результате мужчина незаконно получил выплаты от государства на общую сумму более 170 тысяч рублей.
Сейчас прокуратура требует, чтобы житель республики вернул эти деньги через суд.
«Кроме того, материалы проверки направлены в орган дознания ОМВД РФ по Унцукульскому району для решения вопроса об уголовном преследовании», - сообщили в прокуратуре Дагестана.
