В мэрии сообщили, что мужчина совершил неадекватный поступок у памятника «Скорбящая мать».

Уружбеку Магомедову 62 года, он «ведёт бездомный образ жизни».

Мужчину часто видели пьяным на улицах города, его не раз забирали в отдел полиции.

Сейчас против него возбудили уголовное дело по статье 244 УК РФ (осквернение мест захоронения).
