В средствах массовой информации сообщается, что неизвестные избили 10-летнего мальчика на детской площадке, в больнице у него были диагностированы ушибы и перелом носа.
По данному факту следственными органами ГСУ СК России по Санкт-Петербургу проводится проверка по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ч. 2 ст. 213 УК РФ (хулиганство).
Председатель СК России поручил и.о. руководителя ГСУ СК России по Санкт-Петербургу Бобкову О.В. возбудить уголовное дело и представить доклад об установленных обстоятельствах.
