Сегодня судья Калининского районного суда Санкт-Петербурга Татьяна Алхазова в зале суда освободила из-под стражи политолога Евгения Бестужева, которого судили за «фейки» о российской армии. Ему дали 5 лет и 3 месяца лишения свободы условно. Прокуратура запрашивала ему 8 лет колонии.
⭕️Политолога и сопредседателя петербургского отделения «Солидарности» Бестужева обвинили в распространении «фейков» об армии РФ из-за постов «ВКонтакте», его арестовали в начале ноября 2022 года. У 64-летнего Евгения серьезные проблемы со здоровьем после инфаркта и операции на сердце.
Экспертиза нашла на странице Бестужева «информацию о действиях ВС РФ в форме утверждения о факте» лишь со второго раза, в обращении президента Украины Владимира Зеленского, на которое политолог разместил ссылку.
