«Мы не конкурентны на рынке труда. Конечно, я бы с удовольствием повысил зарплаты тем, кто денно и нощно работают в холоде. Но текущие тарифы не позволяют этого сделать».
«Будем молиться Всевышнему, чтобы он снег давал дозировано. Меньше грешить, больше просить».
Муллин также попросил сохранять стойкость, чего требует «непростая геополитическая ситуация».
