С 1 января 2022 г. плательщики НДС и юридические лица, в уставном капитале которых доля государства составляет более 50 процентов, должны отражать все операции, связанные с учетом основных средств, нематериальных активов и товарно-материальных ресурсов, а также формированием и уменьшением уставного капитала, в автоматизированной информационной системе государственных налоговых органов «E-aktiv» (ПКМ №595 от 22.09.2021 г.).
Во избежание проблем, которые могут возникнуть после официального внедрения данной программы, органами государственной налоговой службы предоставлена возможность использовать АИС «E-aktiv».
