Норматов работал в ООО «Савон-К», фасоль этой компании в дальнейшем попала, в частности, в лобио от «Кухни на районе» и салат от ООО «Гастроторг».
Помимо Норматова были задержаны руководитель «Савон-К» Владимир Шин, гендиректор «Кухни на районе» Антон Лозин и руководитель отдела качества компании Елена Машкова.
Отравления были зафиксированы в Москве, Подмосковье, Нижегородской области и Татарстане.
