Одной из целей "Союза ветеранов СВО" является увековечивание памяти погибших воинов.

Несмотря на то, что в ряде районов области появились подобные монументы, в Липецке памятник участникам СВО отсутствует. Хотя ещё в ноябре 2023 года губернатор области объявил о том, что подобный будут строить.

В настоящее время к 80 летию Победы проходит реконструкция памятника на площади Героев. Считаем правильным к этому времени открыть и памятник участникам СВО, как продолжателям дела ветеранов Великой Отечественной войны.

Сегодня собрали подписи под обращением к Роману Ивановичу Ченцову, которое 10 января передадим мэру Липецка.
