По версии обвинения, чиновники требовали 100 млн руб. от руководства лесопромышленного предприятия за продление договора аренды лесных участков под вырубку и общее покровительство. Фигурантам уже предъявлено обвинение в получении взятки в особо крупном размере. Свою вину они отрицают.
