Изначально, еще в 2004 году, осваивать участок собирались структуры сахарной компании «Продимекс». Затем земля перешла к «Базовому Элементу» и Mirax Group, но движ так и не начался. Выйдет ли текущий владелец на площадку или продаст проект — на этот вопрос пока ответа нет.
