Похоже, бюро Kleinewelt очень увлеклось разработкой проектов для площадки, которая от MR Group улетела к структуре Balchug Estate. И если первый вариант был простенький, с привычной кучей корпусов, то второй удивляет «цилиндрическими башнями», которые невольно напоминают ТЭЦ. В общем, в реализацию этого не верим. А вы?
