В Якутске начала свою работу научно-практическая конференция по вопросам изменения климата и таяния вечной мерзлоты, в которой примут участие более 500 ученых, чиновников различных уровней, бизнесменов-практиков из разных стран мира.

Последняя конференция по климатологии такого масштаба проводилась в 1972 году!

Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors.
