построенным в стиле конструктивизма в 1930 году по проекту архитектора В. Патека

Проект разработан архитектурным бюро Borisov Architects.

Владельцем зданий АТС является дочерняя структура АФК «Система» — компания «Бизнес-Недвижимость».
