Еще три жилых корпуса построили в бывшей промзоне «Октябрьское Поле» в рамках КРТ

«Почти 46 тыс. кв. метров в них занимают жилые помещения. Объекты возведены на участке бывшей промзоны «Октябрьское Поле» в рамках первого в столице договора о комплексном развитии территорий», – сказал Владимир Ефимов.

Новые объекты вошли в состав многоквартирного жилого комплекса «Октябрьское поле».

Как уточнил министр правительства Москвы, руководитель Департамента городского имущества Максим Гаман, здание переменной этажности из трех корпусов на ул. Берзарина рассчитано более чем на 1 тыс. квартир.

«На подземном уровне находятся паркинг и кладовые для жильцов. На первом этаже планируется разместить коммерческие помещения – там смогут открыться магазины, кафе и общественные пространства. Также выполнено благоустройство территории», – добавил Максим Гаман.
