По данному факту СУ СК России по Самарской области возбуждено уголовное дело о хулиганстве (ст. 213 УК РФ).
Председатель СК России Бастрыкин А.И. поручил и.о. руководителя СУ СК России по Самарской области Козлову М.С. доложить о ходе расследования уголовного дела и установленных обстоятельствах.
