Владимир Путин подписал закон о запрете пропаганды чайлдфри

Распространение информации, «пропагандирующей отказ от деторождения», будет караться штрафами до 400 тыс. для физлиц, до 800 тыс. руб. для должностных лиц и до 5 млн руб. для юрлиц.

Отслеживать нарушения нового закона будут сотрудники полиции и Роскомнадзора. Депутаты Госдумы и сенаторы Совета Федерации поддержали его единогласно.

В процессе рассмотрения законопроекта в Госдуме была внесена поправка, которая позволяет гражданам рассказывать об отказе от детей, если такая информация связана с монашеством. Её просил внести лично патриарх Кирилл.

The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram.
