Церемония возложения цветов к Мемориалу Славы собрала ветеранов, мэра Братска Александра Дубровина и жителей блокадного Ленинграда, среди которых были Альбертина Александровна Цветкова и Роза Людвиговна Шадова. Они поделились личными воспоминаниями о страданиях в блокаду, подчеркнув необходимость сохранения памяти о трагических событиях.
Дубровин отметил значимость вклада ленинградцев в Великую Победу и важность передачи исторической памяти будущим поколениям. В Братске также прошли уроки памяти, выставки и молебны о погибших.
