одне з головних відкриттів 2024-го року для мене — аудіокниги. раніше я дуже скептично ставилася до цього явища, бо «це ж не тру», «чому я маю сприймати твір інтонаціями диктора» і тд. але підсумувавши прочитане за рік, я зрозуміла, що без аудіоформату кількість прочитаного була би в два рази меншою 😅
я, звісно, набагато більше люблю фізичні книжки, але вдома мені дуже складно сісти за читання і ні на що не відволіктися. читати книги вдумливо і багато мені вдається тільки на відпочинку, а це було аж у вересні.
шо ви думаєте про аудіокниги і чи ставили собі амбітні читацькі плани на рік?))

In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
