Пушкинский музей объединил специалистов по редким книгам

В Научной библиотеке Пушкинского музея исследуют редкие книги, а также делятся опытом работы с такими изданиями. Хранители фондов редких книг в библиотеках и музеях, реставраторы и переплетчики из 15 городов России и Беларуси встретились, чтобы обсудить вопросы изучения и описания европейских книжных переплётов XVI–XXI веков, — в декабре состоялся II Научно-практический семинар «CODEX LIGATUS».

Мы записали для вас лекции семинара, чтобы каждый, кому интересна история создания книг, мог открыть для себя этот удивительный мир.

Вы узнаете о конструкциях и материалах европейских книжных переплётов и техниках декоративного оформления, увидите, как редкие книги готовят к экспонированию на временных выставках, полюбуетесь процессом создания мраморной бумаги. Мы также расскажем, как прошло первое тактильное занятие для слабовидящих и незрячих посетителей в нашей Научной библиотеке.

An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day."
