Ранее Даша Граф рассказала в своём ролике, что Инстасамка приглашала её сняться в клипе «Пампим нефть», однако она отказалась из-за того, что ей не понравился подобранный лук. Блогерша рассказала, что якобы Самка вела себя неуважительно к участницам съёмок и пыталась этими образами высмеять их.
После интернет-перепалок Даша Инстасамка опубликовала ряд эмодзи намекающих на то, что ситуация будет регулироваться официально — через суд. Поскольку обе Даши подписали контракт перед съёмками о неразглашении закадровых деталей, а блогерша всё таки «нарушила его», Инстасамка решила обратиться к суду.
Граф в ответ запостила: «Новый уровень обиды — подаём в суд». А позже тоже опубликовала эмодзи с вайбом судебных разбирательств и подписала, что готова судиться.
