❗Благодаря этому, территории ведения гражданами садоводства или огородничества можно будет включить в границы населенного пункта, либо образовать в границах СНТ новый населенный пункт.
Вхождение СНТ в состав существующих населенных пунктов позволит, например, включить их в программу газификации, а также в дальнейшем участвовать в других проектах по развитию инфраструктуры и благоустройства.
🏚️Также упрощается проведение ряда строительных работ и реконструкции объектов капстроительства – частично это можно будет сделать без подготовки рабочей документации.
