Концессионное соглашение заключено с компанией «Кашалот». Новый комплекс построят в 2024 году, ежегодно здесь будут перерабатывать 58 тыс. тонн отходов из Владивостока, Артёма и Надеждинского района.
На предприятии будут использовать технологию компостирования, позволяющую извлекать из органической части мусора товарный компост, технологический грунт для отсыпки полигона и биогаз.
