Интересно, на что же именно губернатор Кожемяко потратит такую баснословную сумму? Кажется, что почти на 3 миллиарда можно вообще изменить какой-то город до неузнаваемости. Надеемся, что жители действительно заметят разницу, а деньги пойдут в нужное русло.
