Поменяли шило на мыло?

В сентябре 2022 года я писал о том, что «объект культурного наследия» - дом на углу Носовской и Коммунальной — потихоньку прорастает деревьями и теряет штукатурку.

Прошло два года.

Наталию Юрину, тогдашнего и.о. начальника управления по государственной охране объектов культурного наследия Тамбовской области, сменил Дмитрий Самородин, управление превратилось в департамент (с соответствующим ростом зарплат), а штукатурка как отваливалась, так и отваливается...

P.S. Да! Чуть не забыл! Дмитрий Самородин тут рискнул потребовать от Максима Косенкова (обещавшего на выборах защищать исторический Тамбов, не щадя живота своего) законсервировать другой ОКН, полусгоревший, но получил всем известную фигуру из пяти пальцев со словами «денег нет».
