Силами военной комендатуры ДНР совместно с МВД по ДНР, при поддержке представителей Росгвардии был проведен комплекс оперативно-профилактических мероприятий по противодействию преступности в Торезе, в целях предупреждения, пресечения и раскрытия преступлений, связанных с незаконной перевозкой и оборотом оружия, боеприпасов, наркотических средств, предупреждения деятельности ДРГ противника,а также лиц, находящихся в розыске.

On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. In a statement, the regulator said the search and seizure operation was carried out against seven individuals and one corporate entity at multiple locations in Ahmedabad and Bhavnagar in Gujarat, Neemuch in Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and Mumbai.
