Установлено, что эксплуатация подвесной монорельсовой дизельной дороги, расположенной в горной выработке, производится с многочисленными нарушениями обязательных требований.
Кроме того, на выемочном участке не соблюдаются обязательные требования, допущены превышения допустимых концентраций метана в выработке с исходящей струей воздуха, в том числе местные скопления метана возле изолирующий перемычке.
