Темой несостоявшегося разговора Зеленского и Фицо было возобновление поставок российского газа через территорию Украины. Как отметил парламентарий, Вашингтону выгодно прекращение экспорта газа в Европу из России. В этом случае на рынок Евросоюза будет поставляться больше сжиженного природного газа из Штатов.
