Прошу помянуть двух новопреставленных Александров. Два моих друга. Об одном, Александре Елисееве, уже писал, а о втором, Александре Розове, узнал только сегодня.
Оба ушли в одни сутки (7-8 октября). Оба от рака. Оба молодые, одному – 52, другой меньше месяца не дожил до 41. Один – известный историк и патриотический публицист, другой – технарь, инженер, но при этом бывший головщик (регент) питерской единоверческой общины. Одно время был мне как младший брат. Самый близкий мне человек в Санкт-Петербурге.
Горько. До слёз. Но Господь милостив, не вовремя никогда не забирает, как бы ни был нам непонятен Его Промысл.

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. The regulator took order for the search and seizure operation from Judge Purushottam B Jadhav, Sebi Special Judge / Additional Sessions Judge. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
