Коллегия по уголовным делам облсуда сегодня отменила оправдательный приговор над над шакалами из ДПС ГИБДД Тюменской области. В ноябре 2023г. Тюменский районный суд признал виновными автоинспекторов Андрея Саксина, Ашота Арутюняна и Дениса Федоровский судят по ч.3 ст. 286 УК РФ — превышение должностных полномочий с применением насилия, НО приговорил всех к условным срокам.
Апелляционные жалобы на приговор судьи М.Шабалиной подали все: гособвинение, представители потерпевших и, естественно, адвокаты осужденных. Тюменский областной суд согласился с жалобами прокуратуры и частично представителя потерпевших, отменил приговор и направил дело на новое рассмотрение в суд первой инстанции в новом составе.
