_ جهت ترویج فرهنگ ایثار و شهادت، اقشار مختلف جامعه امکان حضور در این بخش از جشنواره با موضوعات مرتبط با مفاهیم ترویج فرهنگ ایثار و شهادت را دارند و ثبت‌نام این بخشها محدود به خانواده معظم شاهد و ایثارگر نمیباشد.
_ ثبت‌نام و ارسال آثار صرفا از طریق سایت جشنواره امکانپذیر خواهد بود.
_ زمان ثبت‌نام و ارسال آثار تا ۲۰ فروردین ۱۴۰۴ می باشد و با توجه به محدوده اختتامیه دوره، این زمان امکان تمدید نخواهد داشت.
_ در صورت امکان، اصل آثار نقاشی و خوشنویسی قبل از تعطیلات سال نو، تحویل به دبیرخانه دانشگاهی گردد تا در صورت راهیابی اثر به مرحله نهایی، اصل آثار توسط دبیرخانه دانشگاهی به دبیرخانه مرکزی ارسال شود.

The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War."
