❗️Вместо областной детской библиотеки в Оренбурге могут вырасти высотки

Очередной клочок земли на участке улиц Терешковой-Корецкой-Орджоникидзе-Постникова оградили забором. Летом библиотеку, известную как исторический дом «Чайная» и столовая «Казань» убрали из списка на включение в перечень выявленных объектов культурного наследия. Двухэтажное здание конца ХIХ века находится в охранной зоне. Об этом мы писали еще летом здесь.

Сразу после этого читальный зал отсюда переехал вместе с администрацией и книгохранилищем. В самом здании много лет не проводился ремонт и оно пришло в упадок. Теперь библиотека находится в нескольких местах.

Рядом на Терешковой, 23 уже построены три высотки компанией «Ваш дом». Сейчас забором огородили землю под бывшим домом на углу Корецкой и Терешковой, уже начали сносить еще одно двухэтажное строение на Терешковой, 17 – это в общем дворе с библиотекой. Investors took profits on Friday while they could ahead of the weekend, explained Tom Essaye, founder of Sevens Report Research. Though all three indexes opened in the green, stocks took a turn after a new report showed U.S. consumer sentiment deteriorated more than expected in early March as consumers' inflation expectations soared to the highest since 1981. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Stocks closed in the red Friday as investors weighed upbeat remarks from Russian President Vladimir Putin about diplomatic discussions with Ukraine against a weaker-than-expected print on U.S. consumer sentiment.
