Первое заседание штаба по выявлению земельных участков состоялось в Управлении Росреестра по Омской области. Проект, существующий с 2022 года, в 2024 году начал свою работу в регионе после заключения 13 июня 2024 года соглашения между Росреестром, ППК «Роскадастр» и омским правительством. На первом заседании была утверждена «дорожная карта» для достижения целей проекта.
