На самом деле, скорее всего это системная переадресация вашего оператора сотовой связи. Она указывает, куда пойдет звонок, когда вы вне зоны доступа сети. С этого номера никто вас не прослушивает и на него будут переадресовываться звонки, когда вы не в сети. Так что без паники.
А вот если вы обнаружили переадресацию по командным запросам *#43#📞, *#21#📞 или *#33#📞, это и правда повод для беспокойства. Там точно не должно быть «левых» номеров, если только вы действительно не делали переадресацию на них.
В таком случае рекомендую отменить переадресацию по команде ##002# 📞

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.”
