Это почти в 3 раза больше, чем за десятилетие пресловутых "варягов" и 17 лет КАТа. Правда, последний сначала в 90-е свыше 60 тысяч подданных "приобрел" (за счет внутренней миграции), потом в начале нулевых более 80 тысяч "растерял". И оказался в дефиците. Вот такая чудесная арифметика.
