Сейчас в нашем регионе располагается 60 беженцев из Донбасса, но не сомневаемся, что мы можем помочь еще большему числу людей.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels.
