Как стало известно ВЧК-ОГПУ, уже более полугода Солнечногорский гарнизонный военный суд рассматривает уголовное дело в отношении бывшего командующего 1-й ордена Ленина армии противовоздушной и противоракетной обороны особого назначения, генерал-майора Константина Огиенко. Он обвиняется в покушении на получение взятки в особо крупном размере (ч. 3 ст. 30, ч. 6 ст. 290 УК РФ). По данным следствия, находящийся в СИЗО командарм ПВО, защищающей Москву, получил 500 тыс. рублей (первый транш от общей суммы в 30 млн рублей) от общественницы Антонины Климовой за решение вопроса с землей в Подмосковье – та хотела организовать СНТ для ветеранов боевых действий на участке, принадлежащем Минобороны. Климова проходит по делу в качестве взяткодателя, ей предъявлено обвинение по ч. 5 ст. 291 УК РФ, она содержится под домашним арестом. Несмотря на то, что в уголовном деле всего один эпизод, приговор по нему до сих пор не вынесен. Не так давно 2-й западный окружной военный суд отклонил жалобу генерала Огиенко на очередное продление ареста.
