С декабря 2022-го по март 2023 года подозреваемый, зная, что подрядные мероприятия ещё не были выполнены, внёс в документы заведомо ложные сведения об объёмах и стоимости выполненных работ. Асфальтобетонный завод внёс оплату — 98 миллионов рублей. Похищенными деньгами Антон Егоров распорядился по своему усмотрению. Возбуждено уголовное дело.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look.
