За тот же период к этой цифре прибавилась миграционная убыль. Из-за переездов регион потерял порядка 4 тысяч человек. Хуже этот показатель только у Омской области.
По совокупности за I полугодие 2021 года население Саратовской области уменьшилось на 16221 человека.

Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips.
