Судья Геннадий Кудласевич признал 50-летнего Сергея Гордиевича виновным в «клевете» и «оскорблении представителей власти» по статьям 369 УК, 188 УК и ч. 1 ст. 368 УК РБ и назначил ему наказание в виде лишения свободы сроком на 1,5 года, пишет 1reg.by.
Кроме того, суд полностью удовлетворил иски потерпевших милиционеров Кивеля и Чернышкова о взыскании по 2 тыс.руб. морального вреда каждому.
