Капитан сообщил, что у судна нарушена герметичность четвёртого грузового танка и мазут вытекает в балластный танк. При этом герметичность самого корпуса судна не нарушена, нефтепродукты в воду пока не вытекают. Капитан отказался эвакуировать экипаж.
