С 14 февраля 2025 года в Вологодской области начнёт действовать министерство информационной политики.
Оно будет создано на базе нынешнего департамента информационной политики и станет его преемником. Постановление об этом подписал Георгий Филимонов.
В срок до 22 января 2025 года должно быть готово положение о министерстве информполитики, утверждены его структура и штатное расписание. Сейчас департамент возглавляет Валерия Решетникова.
Министерству будут переданы полномочия учредителя автономного учреждения «Вологодский информационный центр».
