Тема госпошлин вышла на новый уровень — конституционный. Сдержанный оптимизм, но всё же. Жму руку фактическим авторам — адвокатам Павлу Ларионову и Максиму Сикачу.
Приятно удивлён, что в тексте запроса мы во многом пересекаемся с авторами, хотя в некоторых моментах — не совсем.
